As announced on our official social media accounts (X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram), we unfortunately could not keep our Quai infrastructure for too long after Quai finished our partnership. As our servers are turned off, balances and history will no longer be displayed in the app, and transactions will no longer be sent directly using Koala Wallet.
There is nothing to worry about. As we make it clear on the announcements and reiterate here, no funds are at risk and no funds are lost.
You can restore your accounts on a different wallet app that supports Quai. Most likely simply restoring your Koala Recovery Phrase will give it direct access with no tweaks needed.
