Some times you may be expecting to receive a transaction in your Koala Wallet, but it doesn't show up. In any situation there's nothing to be worried about. Assets sent to your address are safe and can always be accessed. Please read the cases below when such issues can happen, and what you can do to fix it.
Unconfirmed transaction
Transactions will only show up in the app after they confirm on the blockchain. If you're expecting to receive funds, please make sure that the transaction has confirmed (you can search for its ID or for your address on kdaexporer.com).
Cross chain transactions can take a few minutes to complete, and on top of that some wallet apps require that the sender perform extra actions.
If you're withdrawing from an exchange, they may require extra verification via email, SMS, etc. Even after the withdrawal shows on their page as "approved" it's common for exchanges to delay withdrawals.
Slow refresh
The connection between your device and our servers may just be slow. To force a refresh of your balances, swipe down on Koala Wallet's main screen. To force a refresh of the transactions inside a specific asset's wallet, open it first, then swipe down the same way.
Connection problems
In case of worse connection problems between your device and our servers, new transactions may fail to appear after a refresh, even if the "offline" message isn't visible at the top of the screen. Please try the suggestions on our page dedicated for connection problems here.
